I’d say I am in the “SPRING” of my life, that is if you had to compare life to seasons. However I feel that sometimes mentally I’m in the “WINTER” or the “AUTUMN” of my life, as I feel old and that does tend to show on one’s face, does that mean you have an old face and a young body.
How can one describe exactly how one feels, there are only words to describe ones emotions, that isn’t enough or even adequate enough...
So what do you do keep your mouth shut, and just show emotion and not have to verbalise your feelings…….
